WIRELESS LAN TECHNOLOGY

O'Keefe Electronics Inc. specializes in wireless 802.11 designs for embedded applications using the license free Microchip TCP/IP stack.  The Microchip TCP/IP stack adds 802.11 capabilities to the following platforms:  PIC18, PIC24, dsPIC, PIC32.  Wireless communications can be added to any embedded application at low costs using the FCC and Wi-Fi certified Microchip MRF24WB0MA module.

The Microchip MRF24WB0MA module communicates to a PIC based microcontroller via SPI.  The module connects to 802.11b/g/n access points and provides an embedded MCU with a direct Internet connection.
